Autumn Leaves is one of the most famous jazz standards we have. This is no surprise since it is a truly beautiful song. But really playing a great solo on the song can be very difficult. You probably know what scales and arpeggios to use, but that is not really making you able to sound good. Taking the chords and arpeggios and turning raw material like that into a solo is difficult and requires other strategies.
